Questions

How long can I see a report I've paid for?

For a year, on the device and browser you bought it on. Each time you open it, the data is refreshed live from the official sources.

How do report packs work?

Buy a pack from any report. That address is unlocked straight away, and the rest become credits. Open another address, press Unlock, and choose "Use 1 credit". Credits are kept in the browser you bought them on and last a year.

Is this a LIM or a building report?

No. HomeScope brings official public data together in one place so you can spot issues early. Before you buy, you should still get a LIM from Auckland Council, a building inspection and legal advice.

Where does the data come from?

From Auckland Council, GeoNet, the Ministry of Education and Auckland Transport. See Data sources for the full list.

Which areas do you cover?

The Auckland region, for now.
