Data sources

Built on official open data.

Suburb info

Source: Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, read through the Wikimedia REST API. Text licence: CC BY-SA 4.0. HomeScope shows the opening summary of the article about the property's suburb, credited and linked to the full article. Wikipedia is written by volunteers, so treat it as background reading, not verified fact. It is not used in the HomeScope score.

Accuracy

HomeScope shows each dataset as its provider publishes it, and does not change it. The providers don't endorse HomeScope, and their data may contain errors or be out of date. If something looks wrong for a property, check the original source, and get a LIM from Auckland Council before you buy.
